Great App, Great Support

Having been a NetNewsWire user for many years, I was happy to see version 4 become a reality. I really like the UX improvements.

I did start exeriencing regular crashes, however. After contacing the developer, I assumed that my crash report would go into the void as happens with so many other developers these days, but I was pleasantly suprised when they responded almost immediately. Not only that, but I got regular updates as to the progress of the fix and an email that the fixed version (4.0.2) was out in the App Store.

Bravo, Black Pixel. Bravo!
